Our total liability for any claims under these terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you to MR2 Solutions during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless MR2 Solutions, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses arising from: - Your use of our services - Your violation of these Terms of Service - Your violation of any third-party rights - Any content you submit or transmit through our services
